MACARONI SALAD WITH VEGGIES AND SHRIMP
A very delicious macaroni salad with veggies and shrimp recipe
Macaroni salad with veggies and shrimp
Macaroni  provides beneficial carbohydrates. Carbohydrates as we know serve as a primary source of fuel for your body. Its preferable to go for whole-wheat pasta which provides a considerable amount of dietary fiber, a particularly beneficial type of carbohydrate. Fiber helps fight chronic diseases like obesity and type 2 diabetes and promotes digestive health.

This particular salad can be topped with tuna, sardines or shredded chicken as opposed to shrimp. More veggies can be included to obtain a more healthy and balance diet. That is the great part about cooking, we can each do what we like. Hope you enjoy it!
