Macaroni salad with veggies and shrimp |
This particular salad can be topped with tuna, sardines or shredded chicken as opposed to shrimp. More veggies can be included to obtain a more healthy and balance diet. That is the great part about cooking, we can each do what we like. Hope you enjoy it!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 package of macaroni
- cooked shrimp (Qty as desired)
- 1 packed frozen peas, thawed
- 2 carrots, cleaned and chopped or grated
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp honey or sugar
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp garlic
- pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper grounded
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain and rinse in cold water.
- In a large bowl add the cooked macaroni and veggies.
- Add your dressing, mixing well and chill.
- Serve cold or seal in a airtight container and place in the refrigerator to be served later.
