Quick Coleslaw Salad |
Salads are always a quick meal that you can eat alone or as a side dish. They are fresh, healthy and packed with nutrients. You can tweak this recipe to include more ingredients like carrot, sweet peppers, onions kidney beans etc.
This recipe can be eaten as a quick meal but generally is usually used as a side dish with foods such as rice, fried chicken, grilled meats, as an accompaniment with fries and you can also use it as a sandwich ingredient.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Small Cabbage Grated
- 4 large Carrots Grated
- Half Cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 2 Ripe tomatoes cut into Chunks
- I pack Fresh Lettuce shredded
- 1 peeled Cucumber sliced
- Combine cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise and honey. Mix thoroughly and Refrigerate.
- Serve Cool, garnished with Lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber.
- Can Store remainder in airtight container and refrigerate.
