VEES DISHES STIR FRY RICE
This is a chicken stir fry rice I made from previous cooked rice I stored in the fridge. It's quick and quite tasty; having stayed in Asia a while I have come to like some but not all of Chinese dishes especially the chicken stir fry rice. Am recreating this based on that recipe. Add more veggies if you desire and adjust seasoning to suit your palate.
